Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can also ship to New Zealand. Additional shipping charges may apply including import taxes. Additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

How is Shipping calculated?

We use the weight of your order and the sight automatically calculates freight cost. We use various carriers for our products including Australia Post & Aramex. Flammable goods will only be posted by Aramex or Regular Australia Post. Flammable products cannot be sent via Express.

How long will it take to pack & send my order?

Orders are packed Monday - Friday. You can expect your order to be packed & sent within 2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary, depending on location & shipping method. You can choose to have your order shipped by Regular Post or Express Post. As per the Australia Post website, you can expect an order within the same state within 2-4 business days (same state) or 3-6 days (interstate), for regular post. For express post, you can expect 1-2 business days (same state) and 1-3 days (interstate).

Currently, wholesale pricing is not available, as we strive to provide you with the best possible prices regardless of being a wholesale or retail customer.

Returns & Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

We have a very strict no exchange or refund policy.

Due to Health & Hygiene issues we are unable to return any of our products.  Please ensure you choose your colours correctly at the time of purchase.

We have photos on our website where you can view the colours further to ensure your happy with your selections.

Whilst we ensure we take every precaution possible to accurately photograph our colours we cannot guarantee the accuracy of different device resolutions.  We do not filter our photos.

We will assess refunds or returns on a case-by-case basis. We will only offer a replacement of a product if it is faulty or damaged at the time of arrival. Evidence of this must be provided before a decision is made, and we reserve the right to decline a replacement or refund if the evidence.
